Refund policy

I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?

Yes! We offer a 7 day return policy on all items bought from us. We will refund any item in full in the form of a voucher that you can spend on our online store, less shipping, if it is returned within 7 days from date of delivery, and has not been customised or damaged in any way.

No returns will be facilitated for an item which has been custom made, engraved or ordered for a customer as a once off though. Please note that a returns fee may apply.
